1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Nosvari, Inc. (“Nosvari,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Nosvari mobile application, our website, and related support services.
Nosvari is designed around a privacy-conscious model. Financial amounts and planning details that you enter into the app are intended to remain stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.
2. Information you enter into the app
You may enter information such as available funds, payday dates, bills, amounts you choose to keep aside, and spending decisions. In the current version, these financial inputs are stored locally on your device for app functionality.
Nosvari does not operate a server that receives these locally entered financial amounts as part of the core Safe to Spend calculation.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
If you purchase a premium subscription, the transaction is processed through Google Play. Nosvari uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and restore purchases.
Google Play and RevenueCat may process purchase history, purchase tokens, subscription status, device or operating-system information, and related technical information needed to provide and verify subscription access. Nosvari does not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.
App measurement
The app includes Meta’s software development kit for app-event and advertising measurement. Depending on the app version and device settings, it may process app activity, app or device information and advertising identifiers to help measure app installs and use. This is separate from the financial inputs used for the local Safe to Spend calculation.
Nosvari’s use of Google Play, RevenueCat and app-measurement services means that local storage of your financial inputs does not mean that the app collects or shares no information. You can review the app’s current Data safety information on Google Play and use the privacy and advertising controls available on your device.
4. Support communications
If you contact us, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you voluntarily provide. We use this information to respond to your request, investigate issues, and provide support.
5. Website and hosting information
Our website may be hosted by third-party infrastructure providers. Those providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and security-related data necessary to deliver and protect the website.
6. How we use information
- To provide and maintain Nosvari.
- To calculate and display results based on user-confirmed information.
- To manage premium access and restore eligible purchases.
- To measure app installs and use, and understand the effectiveness of advertising.
- To respond to support requests.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
7. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers when needed to operate Nosvari, including Google Play for app distribution and payments, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, Meta for app-event and advertising measurement, and our website hosting provider.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Nosvari, our users, or others.
8. Data retention and deletion
You can remove locally stored Nosvari financial data by using the app’s reset controls or by deleting the app from your device, subject to your device’s operating-system behavior.
Purchase and subscription records maintained by Google Play or RevenueCat may be retained according to their own legal, security, accounting, and platform requirements.
To request deletion of support information or data controlled directly by Nosvari, contact us at info@nosvari.com. We may need to retain limited information where required by law or to protect legitimate legal interests.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Nosvari is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the app.
11. International users
Service providers used by Nosvari may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, those providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for their processing activities.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Nosvari changes. We will update the “Last updated” date when we make revisions. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or another appropriate method.
