1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nosvari mobile application, website, and related services provided by Nosvari, Inc. By using Nosvari, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Nosvari does
Nosvari is a financial decision-support tool designed to help you understand your short-term spending position until a selected payday. Results are generated from information you enter or confirm.
3. Your information and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter, including available funds, bills, dates, commitments, and proposed spending decisions. Nosvari results may be inaccurate if the information you provide is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions and for independently considering obligations, emergencies, taxes, fees, overdrafts, account restrictions, and other circumstances that may not be represented in the app.
4. Safe to Spend and Decision Edge
Safe to Spend, Decision Edge™, Decision Runway Engine™, and related outputs are informational product features. They are not guarantees that funds will remain available or that a transaction is affordable, advisable, or risk-free.
5. Premium subscriptions
Premium features may be offered through subscriptions purchased through Google Play. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown by Google Play before purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account according to Google Play’s applicable terms. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not necessarily create a refund for a current billing period.
Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made. Nosvari may use RevenueCat to verify subscription entitlements and restore eligible purchases.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Nosvari, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, use it to violate law, or use automated methods to abuse or disrupt the service.
7. Intellectual property
Nosvari, its software, design, visual identity, text, trademarks, Decision Edge™, Decision Runway Engine™, and related product elements are owned by Nosvari, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may correct calculation, interface, subscription, compatibility, or security issues through updates.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nosvari is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly required by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nosvari, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from financial decisions made using information displayed by Nosvari.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Your use of Nosvari is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
You may stop using Nosvari at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.
13. Governing law
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as Nosvari evolves. Updated Terms will display a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
